- Research potential vendors & compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery & review quality of purchased products.
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices…) into internal databases.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
- Control and record the procurement documents.
- Follow up, control and record the procurement procedure, principle contact & related documents to ensure adapt the company and group procedure, policy.
- Follow up ISO system’s requirement.
- Building supplier list.
- Strictly follow on the sudden allocated cases when necessary by superior.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- College upward.
- Certification in Commercial, Business Administrations or relevant field is a plus.
- FMCG background is a plus.
- Have experience purchased in manufacturing company.
- Good at MS Office, ERP system.
- At least 3 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics and/ or strategic sourcing.
- Good at English (Oral & Written)
- Organization, hard working person.
- Attention to details; Result oriented
- Standard negotiation and contracting skills. Medium level of commercial acumen.
- Able to perform and work under pressured environment
